Become a key player at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Construction Health, Safety & Environment Advisor in the Greater Toronto Area. This position emphasizes proactive risk management in a dynamic construction workplace.
Reporting to the Manager HSE, the HSE Advisor collaborates with local operations to enforce safety standards. You will work closely with teams to integrate safety controls into daily workflows, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and promote safety awareness among field workers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor high-risk activities to ensure safety compliance
• Facilitate safety briefings and toolbox talks on site
• Address immediate hazards to maintain protected work conditions
• Engage with team members and management for safety improvements
• Assist in developing site-specific emergency response plans
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Health and Safety or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years Health and Safety experience in construction
• CM IOSH Certification required
• Valid driver's license for field travel
• Evening and weekend availability if required
