In this key role at Tafelmusik, a premier baroque orchestra, you'll drive the organization’s annual and monthly giving programs. Your responsibilities include managing donor portfolios, writing compelling appeals, and planning memorable stewardship events. Collaboration with Development, Marketing, and Artistic teams will be essential as you contribute to Tafelmusik's vibrant fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Friends-level donor portfolio effectively
• Develop and execute multi-channel appeals for donations
• Expand the monthly giving program through strategic efforts




• Plan and coordinate donor recognition events
• Maintain accurate donor records and generate performance reports

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant fundraising experience
• Exceptional communication skills in various formats
• Robust organizational abilities in managing deadlines
• Proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with Tessitura is a plus
• Passion for music and commitment to Tafelmusik’s mission
