Duties
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Support medical staff with tasks including medication administration, patient monitoring, and basic nursing procedures
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to document patient information and care activities
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure clear understanding of care plans and needs
Operate computer systems efficiently to update patient records and manage administrative tasks
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff




Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

Requirements
Proven experience in acute care settings or nursing assistance is highly desirable
Bilingual abilities in English and French are preferred to serve diverse patient populations effectively
Robust knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer operation is essential
Exceptional communication skills to interact clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism
Valid certifications related to healthcare or caregiving are advantageous but not mandatory
