As a Clinical Coordinator, you will oversee nursing activities and ensure a high standard of care for clients and residents. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide nursing staff in daily operations
• Resolve client care issues with effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety and care standards




• Promote staff training and development initiatives
• Assist with administrative duties including staffing

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current BCCNP license
• Minimum three years of relevant clinical experience
• At least one year in a supervisory capacity
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
• Comprehensive understanding of community care practices
