RTX is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant/Financial Analyst to take on essential functions in financial reporting and assist operations teams. Your expertise will help shape business insights and improve financial visibility.

As a Junior Accountant, you will be reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in both office and shop settings, preparing journal entries, and analyzing budget proposals. You will support compliance requirements while using tools like Power BI and Business Warehouse to enhance financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership on reports
• Prepare and post journal entries accurately




• Analyze monthly financial data and variances
• Support budget proposals through data gathering
• Assist in financial modeling for long-range planning

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• 3+ years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Solid analytical capabilities with attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
