In the role of Registered Nurse at Bayshore, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to clients with wound, ostomy, and continence needs. Applicants should hold NSWOC certification and have a minimum of two years of experience in a related setting. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, educating families, and coordinating virtual visits efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan care for wound and ostomy patients
• Conduct documented debridement procedures
• Educate families on nursing care and management
• Organize virtual consultations when applicable
• Maintain documentation accuracy using mobile tools
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with a provincial body
• Certification as NSWOC or equivalent
• Two years of experience in wound care
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• CPR certification and vaccination proof
