In the RBC Group Advantage segment, you'll act as a mobile consultant dedicated to enhancing the financial wellness of corporate clients. Your responsibilities will balance lead generation and sales activation efforts while maintaining vital relationships with senior managers across Personal and Commercial Banking as well as Wealth Management. Flexibility in your schedule may be required, with occasional evenings or weekends expected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Anchor clients to retirement savings and financial wellness programs
• Generate leads and activate sales for Group Advantage solutions




• Foster relationships with banking and wealth management leaders
• Identify mortgage assistance and capital loan referral opportunities
• Facilitate the acquisition of recent Group Advantage Sponsors

Requirements:
• Proven prospecting and business development capabilities
• Robust internal and external relationship management skills
• Self-management skills to meet goals
• Established network of referral sources
• RPA or CEBS designation, or willingness to pursue
