Overview What are your contributions to the team?
Analyze maintenance data: Identify trends and root causes of failures to propose sustainable solutions. Define and implement maintenance plans: Develop preventive and predictive programs based on manufacturer recommendations and best practices. Manage risk and criticality: Assess the impact of failures on safety, production, and costs, and prioritize interventions accordingly. Coordinate across departments: Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to integrate reliability into design and planning. Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and maintenance system performance. Provide training and awareness: Support teams in adopting preventive and predictive maintenance tools and techniques. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs): MTBF, MTTR,
availability rate, etc.
How to thrive in this role?
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with a minimum of five years of experience in an industrial environment. Bilingual proficiency (French/English), both spoken and written. Solid analytical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, project management abilities, and a solid customer service mindset. Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations. Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively. Experience with various modules of a CMMS system (Maximo preferred). A robust sense of customer service.
