In this key position within Clio's Customer Success team, based in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary, you will leverage your implementation expertise to guide legal professionals through new product integration.

You will develop project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and advocate for customer feedback to continually enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Lead coordination with Clio partners and teams
Create detailed project plans with success criteria

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience
