Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Junior Carrier Representative located in Montreal, QC.

The Junior Carrier

Representative will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation schedules, communicating with carriers, and maintaining logistical records. The role also involves tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery,



and addressing any logistical issues that may arise. Furthermore, the representative will work closely with the logistics team to optimize transportation plans and improve overall service levels.

Qualifications
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to solve problems and think critically
Familiarity with transportation and logistics processes
Proficiency in using logistics software and tools
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Customer service experience is a plus
French is a plus
