Become a Dozer and Grader Operator with Elk Valley Resources in Sparwood, British Columbia. This essential role includes operating D10/D11 Dozers and 16M/24M Graders on a 4x4 shift schedule.

As a key team member in our coal mining operations, you'll report directly to the Pit Supervisor. Your expertise will ensure operational effectiveness while strictly following safety protocols and routines in wide-ranging weather conditions, contributing to our robust commitment to responsible resource development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate D10 and D11 Dozers along with 16M and 24M Graders
• Participate actively in health and safety programs
• Conduct equipment inspections prior to use




• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
• Meet daily production goals and perform heavy lifting

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or 5 years related experience
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Minimum 5 years of production equipment experience
• Proficiency with D10 Dozers and 16M Graders
• Successful candidates must complete a drug screen
