In this essential role, you will perform preventative maintenance on mechanical facilities and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards. Your technical skills in service and repair will enhance guest satisfaction within both public and private spaces. Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical facilities
Conduct service and repair duties in guest areas
Maintain cleanliness in mechanical rooms per regulations
Oversee Health Club facilities, including hot tubs
Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team Requirements:
Valid 4th Class Power Engineering Designation
Pool Operator Level 1 Certification
HVAC background considered an asset
Experience with hand and power tools
