We are seeking a full time or part time physician with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree and Family Medicine residency completion. An active medical license in Ontario is required, along with skills in electronic medical records and compassionate patient interaction. You will be responsible for diagnosing and managing chronic diseases while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
