Role Description

This is a full-time in office Bartender role based in Toronto, ON. The Bartender will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages, engaging with guests to understand their preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.



Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked, and handling transactions efficiently.

The role requires collaboration with the team to deliver high-quality service and support the overall success of the establishment.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and colleagues effectively

Knowledge of Food & Beverage preparation and service, with an understanding of maintaining quality and consistency

Experience in Bartending and Cash Handling, with attention to accuracy and efficiency

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required; training is provided
