Clinical Pharmacist Position Details
Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
Location: Tampa, FL
Status: Full time, exempt
Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm
Weekend Work: Every 3rd
On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities
The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications And Licensure
Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
Preferred: Pediatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCPPS)





Requirements
Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
Preferred: PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency
