As the Contracts Manager, you’ll take charge of contract lifecycle management, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance monitoring. Working closely with federal departments such as PSPC and DND, you will ensure stringent adherence to procurement regulations. This role is based in our Ottawa office, and in office presence is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts from negotiation to closeout
• Draft and review diverse contractual agreements
• Support risk assessments and compliance audits
• Serve as the main point of contact for federal agencies
• Ensure compliance with export controls and regulations
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in contract management
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Familiarity with Canadian and U.S. procurement processes
• Robust analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Eligibility for government security clearance
