As an SPG Coordinator, you will engage closely with multiple stakeholders, managing referrals related to financial abuse and assessing risk. Your responsibilities include monitoring compliance with the Adult Guardianship Act and supporting teams in addressing complex cases of concern. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and evaluate referrals regarding vulnerable adults

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or health disciplines
