Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Statutory Property Guardianship Coordinator in the ReAct Adult Protection Program. Your role is vital in addressing the needs of financially vulnerable adults.
As an SPG Coordinator, you will engage closely with multiple stakeholders, managing referrals related to financial abuse and assessing risk. Your responsibilities include monitoring compliance with the Adult Guardianship Act and supporting teams in addressing complex cases of concern. With an emphasis on client safety, you'll ensure all actions adhere to regulatory standards while fostering an inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and evaluate referrals regarding vulnerable adults
• Conduct assessments in compliance with health directives
• Manage and resolve client feedback efficiently
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
• Support staff with insights from analytics on client issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or health disciplines
• Experience (3 to 5 years) in public relations in healthcare
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive info
• Skills in triaging complaints and decision-making
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications
