Develop and implement nursing strategies for staff education
Evaluate clinical programs and learning resources
Provide leadership and consultation to nursing teams
Model best practices in nursing and education
Promote continuous nursing education and career development Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized nursing program
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
Three to five years' relevant nursing experience
Valid BC Driver's License
