In this role, you will collaborate with the Patient Care Manager II and APN to provide solutions for clinical challenges. Your responsibilities include enhancing staff skills, managing the surgical setting, and advocating for patient care excellence. You will be a key player in shaping the operational dynamics of the operating room.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective delivery of clinical patient care
• Work with healthcare leaders to resolve patient issues
• Develop clinical knowledge and teamwork among staff




• Manage surgical specialties for optimal patient experience
• Show commitment and professionalism in nursing
Requirements:
• Ontario Registration and B.C.L.S. Certification required
• Completion of a post-graduate O.R. course mandatory
• BScN degree or equivalent essential
• Significant experience in O.R. for ENT & Dentistry
• Preferred experience as Charge Nurse or Team Leader
