Elevate mental health services for youth through leadership with Lumenus Community Services. This full time Manager role focuses on clinical oversight and program development in diverse settings across Toronto. As the Clinical Manager, you will direct community-based mental health initiatives for young individuals and their caregivers.

Your responsibilities will include staff supervision, data management, and ensuring culturally responsive services. You’ll create a cooperative workplace that addresses the diverse needs of clients, promoting positive outcomes and systemic change. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily oversight of staff and service delivery
Guide case planning and clinical direction for teams
Promote evidence-based practices and data-driven decisions
Work with community partners to enhance service capacity
Oversee DBT groups for youth and caregivers Requirements:
M.S.W. or related Master’s Degree
Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
Supervisory experience in mental health
Familiarity with youth engagement and anti-oppressive approaches
OCSWSSW or CRPO registration is mandatory Lead in transforming youth mental health services with Lumenus and foster inclusive community support.
