This role involves leading the clinical team, implementing treatment protocols, and providing expert consultations. You'll ensure treatments comply with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and elevate client wellness through personalized services. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical practices and healthcare specialists
Develop and monitor effective treatment plans
Conduct key client assessments and consultations
Maintain high standards of patient safety
Collaborate with management on service delivery

Requirements:
Physician licensed in Ontario with CPSO registration
5+ years of clinical practice, 2 years in aesthetic medicine
Experience in supervising clinical teams
Knowledge of medical spa regulations
