Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on clinical mentorship and guidance
• Observe and provide real-time support during patient care
• Identify learning needs through assessment and feedback
• Collaborate to improve nursing education initiatives
• Take part in quality improvement and practice enhancement
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status with BCCNM
• At least three years of mental health nursing experience
• Demonstrable mentoring and leadership experience
• Education or training relevant to clinical leadership
• Possible requirement for a BC Driver's License
