Lead the way in mental health nursing at Fraser Health as a Clinical Mentor. This role focuses on developing nursing competency and providing exceptional, client-centered care through mentorship and support.

As the Clinical Mentor in Mental Health and Substance Use, you will serve as a key resource for nursing staff. This position suits Registered Nurses with significant mental health experience and a passion for guiding others. Your role will involve direct mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing the quality of clinical education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on clinical mentorship and guidance
• Observe and provide real-time support during patient care
• Identify learning needs through assessment and feedback




• Collaborate to improve nursing education initiatives
• Take part in quality improvement and practice enhancement

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse status with BCCNM
• At least three years of mental health nursing experience
• Demonstrable mentoring and leadership experience
• Education or training relevant to clinical leadership
• Possible requirement for a BC Driver's License
