As a Patient Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and support physicians in a dynamic clinic environment. This role encompasses reception duties, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting with diagnostic preparation. With a focus on compassionate care and productive clinic workflows, you will play a key role in enhancing patient experiences while ensuring compliance with protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and obtain necessary documentation




• Schedule appointments and ensure timely patient flow
• Assist with patient mobility during visits
• Maintain a tidy reception area adhering to infection control
• Support physicians by coordinating schedules and reports
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field
• Minimum typing speed of 35wpm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR & First Aid Certification encouraged
