Lead the Engineering Management Office for Niagara Region's water and wastewater projects. Drive governance and project delivery to ensure risk-informed, compliant operations in a permanent, full time role.
The Manager of the W-WW Engineering Management Office will oversee governance, standards, and frameworks crucial for the efficient delivery of capital programs. With over 10 years of progressive project management experience in municipal environments, this role emphasizes governance and continuous improvement in water and wastewater engineering. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align project methodologies with corporate standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead capital project governance and delivery methodologies
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory demands




• Develop stage-gate controls for project assessment
• Advance continuous improvement in project delivery practices
• Oversee portfolio reporting and optimization efforts
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 10 years in project management
• Experience with PMO/EMO and engineering governance
• Familiarity with QA/QC and process optimization
• Background in municipal or public sector engineering
