As a Baker Mixer, you will work under the guidance of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor. This position requires 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production. Responsibilities include obtaining batch documentation, preparing ingredients, and operating equipment safely to uphold quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review documentation for production batches
• Prepare and stage ingredients for mixing
• Operate equipment safely and conduct inspections
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and GMPs
• Monitor product quality and safety specifications
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years in manufacturing; food experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to participate in sanitation activities
