Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager , will lead all aspects of thestore’s business with full accountability for driving profitable sales growthand achieving key financial results. Through attracting, developing, andinspiring a high-performing team, you will create a culture focused ondelivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive all aspects of store performanceby focusing on key financials including sales, gross margin, conversion,payroll hours, expenses, and shrink.
- Lead with a customer-first mindset toensure an outstanding and consistent customer experience.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain ahigh-performing, fashion-loving team through effective leadership and ongoingdevelopment.
- Balance operational excellence withstrategic thinking to increase store productivity and profitability.
- Deliver strong brand representationthrough deep knowledge of the product, business, and company values.
- Champion visual merchandising andmarketing initiatives to maintain a compelling and sales-focused storeenvironment.
- Execute store directives in visualpresentation, merchandising standards, and promotional planning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organizedstore environment for both customers and store team.
- Implement and monitor loss preventionpractices to safeguard company assets.
- Create and nurture a positive workculture that motivates your team and reflects core values.
- Act as a hands-on leader, providingclear expectations, support, and accountability to drive team and individualperformance.
- Performother duties as assigned to support overall store success.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of retail managementexperience, preferably in apparel or specialty retail.
- Proven track record of achieving salesgoals and driving business performance.
- Strong leadership and peoplemanagement skills with experience recruiting, developing, and motivating ahigh-performing team.
- Demonstrated ability to deliverexceptional customer service and foster a customer-focused store culture.
- Solid understanding of key retailmetrics including sales, gross margin, KPIs, conversion, and hours management.
- Excellent communication,organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in visual merchandising,store operations, and loss prevention practices.
- Ability to adapt to changingpriorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Mustbe able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move andhandle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughoutthe store
- Flexibleavailability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
