The Facility Supplies Specialist is responsible for growing the sales of Facilities Supplies across existing Strategic, Large, and Mid-Market Accounts. You will train and coach sales representatives, guide joint sales efforts, and provide key input to enhance product selection and training. This role is essential for meeting revenue and penetration targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Sales Manager to create effective sales strategies
• Train OP representatives on Facilities products and buyers
• Conduct joint sales calls to facilitate closing deals




• Participate in account business reviews to add value
• Provide insights into the Facilities Supplies program

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree recommended or significant sales experience
• Minimum five years in sales of Jan/San or related products
• Proficient in Staples tools like PriceRight
• Valid driver’s license required for travel
• Preferable experience in training and demonstrations
