As an integral part of the Therapy & Rehab team, you will assess client needs, develop personalized treatment goals, and monitor progress in alignment with qualified standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and continuously evaluate treatment plans
• Maintain clinical accuracy and documentation as required
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Educate clients and caregivers on treatment methods




• Supervise and guide assistants in therapy tasks

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Preferred minimum three years of relevant experience
• Understanding of medical/legal reporting and assessments
• Robust decision-making and communication skills
