This full-time, permanent Senior Manager position focuses on enhancing performance and achieving operational goals within the Education, Training, and Research department.
Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to develop impactful annual plans that address the Métis community's needs. This role requires robust leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Manage regional operational and fiscal activities effectively
Develop annual work plans for community training initiatives
Oversee current program development driven by strategic priorities
Conduct labour market analysis to assess community needs
Prepare regular updates on projects and budget status Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a similar role, 3 years in leadership
Degree in Business, Management, or related field
Experience in budgeting and fiscal reporting
Understanding of Métis culture and employment barriers
