Seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist at Bayshore HealthCare in the Greater Toronto Area. Full time, weekday shifts focus on enhancing patient care and improving treatment outcomes.

As a member of the Transitional Care Unit, you will assess patients, establish treatment plans, and engage in cooperative healthcare efforts. Your role will include compliance with Ontario standards, diligent documentation of patient progress, and guiding others in the OT program. Ongoing education and quality improvement activities will be integral to your experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and establish treatment goals
• Document and evaluate treatment progress comprehensively
• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare providers




• Observe and guide participants in treatment programs
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• 3+ years of occupational therapy service experience preferred
• Proficient in communication and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license
