As a Client Services Analyst under the Manager of IT Client Services, you will be responsible for maintaining network repositories, handling Tier 1 support calls, and keeping communication lines open with users.

Your expertise in problem resolution will help effectively support enterprise software and network access across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Active Directory users and permissions
Provide Tier 1 support and resolve user issues
Document support calls in the Call Management System
Collaborate with various IT partners for solutions
Develop training materials and provide client training

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in computer science or related field
Knowledge of computer networking and repository support
Solid communication and client relationship skills
Proficient in problem solving and time management
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
