I own Power Performance Marketing, a done-for-you lead generation agency working exclusively with trade businesses across the US, UK, and Ireland. We run the full pipeline from ad to booked in-home consultation and are on track for reliable growth in 2026.

We have proven ad frameworks, automations, and processes already in place and we're looking for an A player Media Buyer to come in and own our clients' campaigns.

Ad copy, creatives, and creative direction are all provided

This Role Will Consist Of Setting up new client campaigns in Ads Manager

Connecting lead forms to GoHighLevel (SOPs provided)

Split testing ad sets, creatives, and audiences

Weekly tea ---------- etings to bring forward new ideas

Managing campaigns for trade clients across the US, UK, and Ireland
