Become the Citizenship Program Manager at the Council of the Haida Nation and lead impactful citizenship processes in Skidegate, Haida Gwaii. Oversee the Citizenship program while engaging with the community and upholding cultural integrity. In this full time role, you will manage the Citizenship program, working closely with Hereditary Chiefs and the Ḵuljaad G̱aa.nga Citizenship Table.

Your responsibilities include drafting clan trees, maintaining accurate citizenship data, and coordinating community engagement. With the upcoming Haida Census, your leadership will be essential for preserving Haida heritage. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Citizenship program staff and oversee planning
Implement processes for tracking and registering citizens




Assist with clan meetings across various locations
Report to the Ḵuljaad G̱aa.nga Citizenship Table
Deliver a complete Haida Census every five years Requirements:
Post-secondary research training or relevant experience
Solid project management and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Knowledge of Haida culture and politics
Valid Class 5 Driver's license Lead citizenship initiatives that honor Haida identity and contribute to community engagement.
