Explore a rewarding role as a Family Health Organization Physician in Kitchener, Ontario. This position allows you to take over an established practice with a dedicated roster of patients.

In this position, you will be part of a clinic operating three days a week, with a patient roster of 1000 individuals. You will work alongside four experienced physicians within a fully equipped medical plaza, complete with in office lab and pharmacy. Reasonable on-call duties add a supportive structure, and you have the option to locum prior to full ownership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a patient roster of around 1000 individuals
• Work with a cooperative team of four physicians
• Conduct patient visits in 10 fully equipped exam rooms




• Handle scheduled on-call duties as part of FHO
• Coordinate care with nursing and reception staff

Requirements:
• Certification in Family Practice required
• Willingness to locum prior to the full-time position
• Strong focus on patient-centered services
• Previous experience in a similar workplace preferred
• Available to transition by Spring/Summer 2024
