You are responsible for maintaining clinical records aligned with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and re-evaluate treatment plans for clients
• Document assessments, goals, and client progress accurately
• Educate clients on their treatment journey




• Lead and guide Rehabilitation Assistants in care delivery
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety protocols

Requirements:
• Degree in Physiotherapy; registration is mandatory
• Preferred two years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with home-based assessments
• Valid driver’s license
• Proven communication and teamwork abilities
