In this casual role, you will facilitate the Back on Track program by conducting education and treatment groups. Your 3+ years of counseling experience will enable you to provide participant assessments and community consultations effectively. ADAPT seeks someone passionate about fostering recovery through structured support and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate educational and treatment group sessions
• Conduct participant assessments and recommend groups
• Maintain participant records following established standards
• Provide community agency consultative services
• Participate in training and operational planning
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in Social Work/Social Service field
• 3 years of counseling experience related to addictions
• Knowledge of mental health and addictions treatment
• Versatile with working hours to suit participants
• Non-violent crisis intervention and CPR certifications are beneficial
