In this role, you will leverage your Social Work degree and registration with the BC College of Social Workers while applying your two years of experience with complex youth issues. You will provide essential social work services, conduct detailed assessments, and connect clients to available community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general social work services to clients and families
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and challenges
• Assist clients in accessing health and social resources
• Participate in interdisciplinary clinical conferences
• Maintain detailed records of assessments and interventions
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work with current BC registration
• Two years’ relevant experience with youth in distress
• Understand substance use and trauma-related issues
• Robust communication skills in diverse settings
• Valid BC Driver's License for necessary travel
