In this energetic position, you will be part of the HR Technology and Workforce Analytics team, directly reporting to the Director, Global HR Technology & Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver configuration and support for Workday, while also identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes. Being proactive in analytics delivery and stakeholder collaboration is key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure HCM modules in the Workday HRIS
• Manage testing for HR projects and configurations




• Provide functional support to troubleshoot HR issues
• Develop and deliver HR reporting and dashboards
• Identify process enhancements for streamlined reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or IT
• 3+ years of Workday configuration and reporting experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Robust communication and presentation proficiency
• Detail-oriented with respect for confidential information
