Agilus by Synergie is seeking a dedicated Plant Manager in Burlington, Ontario's plastic industry. Your focus will be on managing production, ensuring quality, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role involves leading production and maintenance teams to meet manufacturing targets while implementing and monitoring key performance indicators.

You will oversee daily production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Your ability to mentor staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives will significantly impact the plant's success. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the creation and maintenance of food safety plans
Directly manage Production, Mold Shop, and Maintenance teams
Implement quality standards across all manufacturing practices




Coordinate execution of manufacturing schedules based on demand
Identify areas for cost savings in operations and resources

Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or Business is preferred
At least 10 years in management, with 5 years as a plant manager
Multi-disciplinary experience including Quality and Manufacturing
Continuous improvement methodologies experience is a plus
Robust leadership and employee development skills
