Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of audit-ready financial statements
• Monitor general ledger and reconciliation integrity
• Refine existing financial procedures and controls




• Act as Workday Functional Lead for finance activities
• Develop corporate accounting staff with transparent metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance functions
• At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Workday
• Excellent communication skills for cross-department influence
