You will act as a trusted partner for HR and IT, stabilizing current systems and contributing to integration projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Primary HRIS support for core HCM modules and functions
• Manage configurations, testing, and enhancements
• Handle data management, security, and compliance tasks

Requirements:
• 7+ years in senior HRIS roles within large enterprises
• Robust SAP SuccessFactors experience including backend
• Solid integration and data troubleshooting skills
• Independent contractor with minimal operational ramp-up
• Degree in HR or Information Systems preferred
