As the Manager of People & Culture Business Partnership, you will work closely with senior management to enhance organizational effectiveness through tailored people programs. Your leadership will guide teams in performance management, talent assessment, and change leadership initiatives. This temporary role is based in North Vancouver or Portland.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee creation of people strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide coaching on leadership and performance issues.
• Inform total rewards strategies based on business needs.




• Ensure activation of performance frameworks and talent assessment.
• Manage headcount budgeting and workforce planning.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business and 5+ years HR experience.
• Experience in apparel or retail sectors.
• Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
