Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation, this role requires solid clinical assessment skills and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals. You will develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs while ensuring accurate record-keeping and client education. Enhancing clients' rehabilitation experiences in their own settings is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and adjust treatment programs as necessary
• Maintain compliance with clinical record-keeping standards
• Educate clients and caregivers on treatment methods




• Supervise and mentor Rehabilitation Assistants
• Engage in ongoing education and quality improvement activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor/Master)
• Positive standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Preference for two years of practical experience
• Experience in home health assessments is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
