Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the patient admission process for Home Health
• Coordinate staff schedules to comply with regulations
• Assess and verify appropriateness of patient referrals
• Accurately complete intake documentation and verify payers
• Supervise tasks of clinical and non-clinical staff
Requirements:
• Accredited Nursing or Physical Therapy education
• Over 3 years of Home Care experience
• CPR/AED/BLS certification needed
• State licensing as a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist
• Demonstrated clinical competency in healthcare settings
