Job Description
Seeking an experienced Applications Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead solution architecture, cloud application design, enterprise architecture artifacts, and technical governance for large-scale public sector IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop cloud/SaaS application architectures and technical solutions.

Create enterprise architecture artifacts including:

Business Architecture Document (BAD)

Solution Architecture Document (SAD)

Solution Requirements Document (SRD)

Information Architecture Document (IAD)

Lead architecture review board (ARB) activities and project gating approvals.

Develop logical/physical data models, data dictionaries, CRUD matrices, and integration/interface documentation.

Ensure privacy, security, testing, and compliance requirements are addressed.

Support UAT/testing, onboarding documentation,



and knowledge transfer activities.

Collaborate with business, technical, and stakeholder teams throughout project lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of IT architecture experience.

Solid experience with:

Cloud and SaaS architecture

RESTful APIs and integration patterns

Enterprise security and application security best practices

Microservices, layered, and event‑driven architecture

Experience with structured SDLC methodologies.

Expertise in enterprise architecture standards and artifacts.

Hands‑on experience with architecture modeling tools such as:

Enterprise Architect

Power Designer

Solid communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

Public Sector experience.

Experience leading large‑scale integrated enterprise projects.
