As part of your role, you will ensure optimal performance of workstations and mobile devices while managing security vulnerabilities. You will lead endpoint management initiatives and work with Cybersecurity teams for compliance and risk assessment. With five or more years in IT, your experience with Mobile Device Management will directly impact organizational performance and security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain endpoint security policies
• Manage vulnerability assessments and remediation
• Review BIOS updates and ensure compatibility across devices




• Provide escalation support for endpoint issues
• Communicate MDM solutions effectively to various audiences

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field
• At least 5 years of endpoint management experience
• Proficiency in M365 administration and vulnerability management
• Certifications like Microsoft A+ or JAMF preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive mindset
