OUTLAW SMOKE BAR is a quick-growing restaurant focused on bold flavors, consistency, and effective kitchen operations. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help elevate our food quality and workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
Monitor inventory levels and manage food ordering and cost control
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (Health & Safety regulations)
Develop and improve menu items, especially ramen broths and toppings
Work closely with management to optimize kitchen efficiency and reduce waste
Handle prep planning and ensure readiness for peak hours
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Experience with Asian cuisine or noodle/ramen concepts is an asset
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Robust organizational and time management skills
Reliable, responsible, and hands-on attitude
