The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Maintenance Team Lead, focusing on effective property preservation. You will handle renovations and repairs while ensuring compliance with safety standards in a team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and shape wood, plastic, and metals
• Construct and install doorframes, walls, and subflooring
• Maintain secure and organized job sites




• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor electrical/plumbing work
• Assist external contractors on project needs

Requirements:
• Proven carpentry experience with valid certifications
• Competent in utilizing power and hand tools
• Must have a valid Ontario G driver's license
• Eligible to work and pass a background check
• Physical stamina to handle various tasks and lifting requirements
