Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture leadership in line with corporate goals
• Manage key relationships and handle escalated matters effectively
• Design methodologies to achieve profit margins and quality goals




• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Develop performance metrics in tandem with business direction

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in operations/shared services
• At least 5 years leading teams and improving performance
• Remote experience in service or implementation functions preferred
• Solid communicator adept at problem resolution
• Proven business acumen in operational management
