Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing standards and observe residents' health
• Develop, execute, and assess care plans for each resident
• Guide and educate nursing staff on care procedures
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and compliance




• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers

Requirements:
• Must hold a valid nursing certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Eligible for registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario
• Knowledge of nursing standards and infection control protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous
